A flat excess charge that replaces the per-head computation once the group reaches this size — whichever is cheaper for the guest wins.
These show on the booking screen, so a guest can pay inside the hold without waiting for you to reply. Leave the number blank and that account stays hidden. The account name matters — it is how a guest checks they are paying the right person.
Extras a guest can tick when booking. The price is added on top of the schedule rate, and the downpayment is computed from the new total.
Give a code to friends and family. A free-booking code should have a use limit, otherwise anyone who learns it books for nothing.

Up to ten per area. Pick an area, then add straight from your phone — pictures are resized for you. The first photo of the first area also becomes the background of the page header.
Photos, rates and bookings live in this one browser. If you clear your history, switch phone, or leave the page unopened for a while, the browser can throw them away. Download a backup file and keep it — you can restore it here on any device.
